Glen Dye Cabins

As winter loosens its grip and the first signs of spring begin to emerge, there is an invitation all around us to soften, stretch towards the light and begin again. Nestled within 15,000 acres of wild Scottish landscape, Glen Dye is a place where nature sets the pace — ancient woodlands, winding rivers, crackling fires and open skies creating the perfect backdrop for a long exhale.Unfurl is a three-night spring retreat inspired by the season itself: a time of growth, possibility and gentle renewal. Together we'll explore what it means to emerge from the quieter months of the year with intention, creating space to reconnect with our bodies, our creativity and our sense of adventure. Our days will be shaped by dynamic yoga practices, nourishing food, woodland walks, wild swimming, sauna sessions and meaningful moments of connection. There will be time to gather around the fire, journal with a morning coffee, explore the estate's hidden corners, rest deeply, laugh freely and embrace the simple joy of being outdoors. At Glen Dye, life feels beautifully uncomplicated. Here, you're invited to swap notifications for birdsong, screens for forest trails and packed schedules for spaciousness. Whether you're standing at the edge of a new chapter, seeking inspiration, or simply craving a few days immersed in nature, Unfurl offers the chance to reconnect with what matters and step into the season ahead feeling grounded, energised and alive. This is an invitation to follow nature's lead: to trust the process, embrace growth and unfurl in your own time.

Life at Glen Dye moves a little differently. Days are shaped by the unravelling of nature rather than schedules, with plenty of space to explore, rest and reconnect with yourself. We'll gather each morning for yoga, meditation and nourishing food before the day unfolds. Wander through woodland trails and hilly hikes, brave a river dip, warm up in the sauna, curl up with a book by the fire, or simply enjoy the peace of having nowhere to rush off to.Alongside movement practices and workshops, there will be opportunities to connect, reflect and embrace the playful spirit of spring. Evenings are for slowing down; good food, meaningful conversations by the fire and deep rest.As with everything at Saorsa , nothing is compulsory. Unfurl is an invitation to spend a few days immersed in nature, following your curiosity and giving yourself permission to grow at your own pace.

p.s I took this photo last time I was on retreat at Glen Dye and can confirm these two cuties are a major highlight!

Your hosts

Molly will be your host and facilitator throughout the retreat, gently guiding you through each stage of the experience. With over 750 hours of training across Vinyasa Flow, Rocket Yoga, Mandala, Reiki Healing and Yin Yoga, she creates practices that are both energising and restorative, blending dynamic movement with moments of stillness and reflection, weaving both yogic philosophy and Celtic history throughout. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that movement should feel good rather than look perfect. Expect creative sequencing, opportunities to explore and play, and an approach that encourages curiosity over perfection. Inspired by the yogic concept of Līlā (Divine Play) and the Gàidhlig word saorsa (freedom), Molly's classes invite you to move, rest and reconnect in a way that feels authentic to you.Having taught across studios in London and Glasgow and hosted numerous workshops, events and retreats, Molly is passionate about creating thoughtful, inclusive COMMUNITY where people can slow down, connect with themselves and experience a sense of freedom both on and off the mat.

rootbound

Root Bound: three sisters, who specialise in curating experience - not just food. They work with seasonal, locally sourced produce, music, art and floristry; they are certainly more than just caterers.Food is something that innately connects us as humans; it is fundamental to who we are. Both Root Bound & I agree that food should be shared in community, and they felt like the perfect people to work with me on curating this winter solstice day retreat.
What you can expect over the weekend: hearty, slow-roasted veggies, chocolate-covered dates, seasonal grains - a full vegetarian spread. These girls will never leave ya hungry!

Casa De Cura Portugal

There is something sooo transformative about stepping away from the noise of everyday life. Tucked into the mountains of Portugal's Algarve, Casa de Cura offers the space to slow down, breathe deeply and remember what it feels like to move through life with more ease.recharge is a five-night retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, rest, community and play. Together we'll begin each day with energising yoga practices, share nourishing meals around the table, explore the local Portuguese landscape, and carve out plenty of time for stillness, sunshine and simple pleasures. Expect yoga, meditation, journalling, asana workshops and opportunities to rest in whatever way feels most supportive to you.At saorsa, I believe yoga isn't about striving for perfection; it's about finding freedom in your body and joy in the process. Whether you're navigating a busy season, feeling burnt out, craving inspiration, or simply longing for a reset, this retreat offers the chance to step away from the demands of daily life and return home feeling lighter, clearer and deeply replenished. This is an invitation to slow down, recharge your batteries, and rediscover a sense of saorsa ; freedom.

One of the things I value most when creating retreats is spaciousness. So often retreats can become packed with activities, leaving little room to simply be. Recharge is designed differently — offering a balance of movement, rest, connection and freedom, with plenty of space to follow your own rhythm. Each day begins slowly. Wake to the quiet beauty of the Algarve mountains, enjoy your morning coffee or tea, and join us in the shala for meditation, journalling or simply a moment of stillness before moving into an energising yoga practice. Expect dynamic, feel-good movement designed to awaken the body and set the tone for the day ahead. After practice, we'll gather for a nourishing brunch prepared by Casa de Cura's incredible team. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy however you choose. Lounge by the natural mountain-fed pool, find a shady spot with a book, explore the surrounding countryside, take a trip to the nearby coast, or simply savour the luxury of having nowhere to be.As the afternoon softens, we'll come back together for workshops, conversations or shared experiences designed to deepen your connection to yourself and those around you. Evenings invite a slower pace, with restorative practices such as Yin Yoga, meditation and deep relaxation before gathering around the table for dinner and meaningful conversation under the Portuguese sky.Everything on retreat is an invitation, never an expectation. Whether you're seeking adventure, reflection, connection or complete rest, Recharge gives you the freedom to create an experience that feels uniquely your own.
